Right of Withdrawal

Information about your right to withdraw from your subscription agreement and how to cancel your premium membership with OwlApply.

This document outlines your right of withdrawal from your subscription agreement with OwlApply. Please read this information carefully to understand your rights and obligations regarding cancellation of your premium membership.

Withdrawal Period

You have the right to withdraw from your subscription agreement without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of subscription purchase. This withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

Important

If you have explicitly requested to begin using our premium services before the end of the withdrawal period, you acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed.

    How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

    To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement. You may use the following methods:

    • Email: support@owlapply.com with the subject line 'Subscription Withdrawal'
    • Through your account settings on our platform by selecting 'Cancel Subscription'
    • By contacting our customer service team through the contact form on our website

    To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

    Effects of Withdrawal

    If you withdraw from this agreement, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

    We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

    Partial Refunds

    If you requested to begin the performance of services during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated to us your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.

      Monthly Premium Subscription Specifics

      Our premium subscription is billed on a monthly basis and provides full access to all features of the OwlApply platform. These features include but are not limited to:

      • Unlimited resume and cover letter creation
      • Access to all premium templates
      • Advanced customization options
      • AI-powered content suggestions
      • Priority customer support
      • Document export in multiple formats
      • Cloud storage for all your documents

      When you cancel your subscription during the withdrawal period, you will lose access to premium features at the end of your current billing cycle, unless otherwise specified in our refund policy.

      Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

      The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following situations:

      • If you have fully used the service within the withdrawal period with your explicit prior consent and acknowledgment that you would lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed
      • Supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium if the performance has begun with your prior express consent and acknowledgment that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal
      • Contracts where you have specifically requested a visit from us for the purpose of carrying out urgent repairs or maintenance

      Automatic Renewal and Cancellation

      Your monthly premium subscription will automatically renew each month until you cancel it. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our customer support. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.

      Cancellation Notice

      To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, please ensure you cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before your renewal date.
