ATS একটি HR software যা কোম্পানিতে job applications manage করতে ব্যবহার হয়। ভারতে Taleo, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, iCIMS, Greenhouse-এর মতো popular ATS system রয়েছে। এই software CV scan করে, keywords match করে, এবং একটি score দেয়। High score-যুক্ত candidates-দের সামনে পাঠানো হয়, বাকিরা automatically reject হয়।

ATS-Friendly Formatting-এর নিয়ম
ATS software plain text পড়ে। এর মানে CV-তে যা fancy design আছে — tables, columns, text boxes, headers/footers, images, charts, graphics — ATS হয় skip করে অথবা ভুলভাবে পড়ে। এতে আপনার গুরুত্বপূর্ণ তথ্য হারিয়ে যেতে পারে। ATS-এর জন্য সেরা format: একটি column layout, standard fonts, clear section headings।
এটি করুন
- Single-column, simple layout ব্যবহার করুন
- Standard fonts: Arial, Calibri, Times New Roman (১১-১২pt)

- .pdf বা .docx format (job posting check করুন)
- Bullet points-এর জন্য simple dashes বা dots
- Keywords exact match করুন — job description থেকে copy করুন

Standard Section Headings ব্যবহার করুন
ATS 'Work Experience', 'Professional Experience', 'Employment History'-এর মতো standard headings চেনে। কিন্তু 'My Career Journey' বা 'Professional Adventures' লিখলে ATS confused হতে পারে।
