Fresher CV-তে কী থাকা উচিত

- •Certifications — Coursera, NPTEL, Google, Microsoft

Education Section — সবচেয়ে গুরুত্বপূর্ণ অংশ
Fresher-দের জন্য Education section CV-র একদম উপরে থাকা উচিত — Work Experience-এর আগে। এতে লিখুন: Degree-র নাম, College-র নাম, University, Graduation Year, CGPA/Percentage। CGPA ৭.৫+-এর বেশি হলে অবশ্যই লিখুন। Job-relevant কোনো elective নিয়ে থাকলে সেটিও mention করুন।
Projects Section — আপনার আসল শক্তি
Projects section fresher-দের জন্য work experience-এর বিকল্প। এখানে দেখাতে পারবেন college-এ কী শিখেছেন এবং practically apply করেছেন। প্রতিটি project-এর জন্য লিখুন: Project-এর নাম, Technologies used, আপনার role, এবং result/impact। GitHub link থাকলে অবশ্যই যোগ করুন।

- Personal Projects: নিজের interest-এ তৈরি apps, websites, tools

- Freelance Projects: ছোট clients-এর জন্য তৈরি websites বা apps

Internships — ছোট হলেও বড় গুরুত্বপূর্ণ
কোনো internship করা থাকলে — ২ মাসের unpaid internship হলেও, college summer project হলেও — সব CV-তে দিন। Internshala, LetsIntern, LinkedIn থেকে পাওয়া internships সম্পূর্ণ valid। Internship describe করার সময় লিখুন কী শিখেছেন, কোন technology ব্যবহার করেছেন, এবং কী deliver করেছেন।
Skills Section — সঠিকভাবে লিখুন
Skills section দুই ভাগে ভাগ করুন: Technical Skills ও Soft Skills। Technical skills-এ specific technologies, tools, programming languages, software লিখুন। Soft skills-এ 'Good communication', 'Team player' না লিখে examples দিন।

- 'MS Office' একা লেখা — অনেক generic
- Soft skills-এর boring list: 'Hardworking, Dedicated, Team player'

Certifications — যা আপনাকে আলাদা করবে

Fresher CV-র দৈর্ঘ্য
- •১ পৃষ্ঠা: আদর্শ — তাহলেই recruiters পুরোটা পড়েন
- •সর্বোচ্চ ২ পৃষ্ঠা: যদি একাধিক internship ও project থাকে
- •Font size ১০-১২pt: Arial, Calibri, বা Times New Roman
- •Margins: সব দিকে ০.৫-১ inch
- •White space জরুরি — ঠাসা page পড়া কঠিন
